Sign contractors one by one. You'll own the full cycle — prospecting plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, and remodelers, giving live demos, and closing them onto Contractor Office.
What you'll do
Reach out to small contractors and trade businesses by phone, text, email, and in person
Run quick, hands-on product demos that show value in the first five minutes
Sign contractors one at a time and guide them through their first estimate
Hit monthly activation targets and build a repeatable book of business
Share field feedback with product so the app keeps getting sharper
What we're looking for
1+ years in sales, ideally SMB, field service, or trades-adjacent
Comfortable with high-volume outbound and a self-starter mindset
Can speak the language of contractors and earn their trust fast
Bonus: experience selling SaaS or working in a trade yourself
Own our presence where contractors actually hang out. You'll build an audience on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook with content that speaks to the trades.
What you'll do
Plan and ship daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Create short-form video and tutorials that show the app solving real job-site problems
Grow and engage a community of contractors and trade business owners
Partner with sales on campaigns that drive trials and activations
Track what works and double down — report on reach, engagement, and signups
What we're looking for
2+ years running social for a brand, ideally B2B or SMB
Strong eye for short-form video and a knack for plain-spoken copy
Understands the contractor / trades audience (or is eager to learn it)
Bonus: hands-on with editing tools and paid social
